update
Well, I was pregnant for 9 weeks. Then it was over. I had a d&c to finish it off. I'm 225lbs.
How's that for an update.
I've had an awakening though.
I must reclaim my body and my health.
I'm formulating a plan right now... but it must must be done.
I'm going to start by food journaling.

well, huh.
So my rough start to the year got rougher.
I got pregnant.
And at the doctor today it was confirmed there is no baby... just an empty baby sack.
So now I need a d&c.
Shit.
But the good news is, hopefully I'll be able to lose weight before getting pregnant again.

It's been a rough start
A rough start to 2008 diet wise. I'm sad to report that I did actually see 230 on the scale.
I spent 2 hours last night with my food mover mapping out a week's worth of meals. I've done excellent today.
I'm happy... I reached my "high" weight... I freaked and cried... now I can just lose the weight. I've set myself up for success... I'm highly motivated and I've got excellent support from my husband.
Right now I've got the headache I always get when I start a new way of eating. It's the same headache every time. It tells me that I haven't eaten what I usually do today.
Here's what I had:
B: cereal w/ milk
L: Subway sandwich loaded with veggies and 1 tsp of Mayo
S: Veggies and dip
D: roasted chicken, rice, green beans and roasted peppers.
S: fruit
Tomorrow's food will be tastier as I'm going to the grocery store in the morning.
Monday my gym routine starts. My goal is to exercise 4-5x per week.
